We have stayed here several times we usually go for the jacuzzi room It's tucked off in the back some would say not a great location but the privacy of the location is exactly what I look for when I stay somewhere There's not a lot of traffic they do not permit traffic Customer service is short sweet and to the point Overall we enjoy our stay every time we go Thank you Crystal suites for your hospitality
Pet friendly hotel. $15 per pet...i have 3 lil dogs. Doesn't have alot of grass space to go to bathroom.
Clean friendly rooms could.use a couple chairs and maybe a table but I still give it a 5 star will definetly stay there again price was very reasonable rooms freshly renovated they dont allow visitors which is kinda weird but not a deal breaker
Love it, every 2 weeks we go. Hello everyone it's been awhile since I did this review. But now its even better cause the owners knows who we are when we call to see if our room is a valuable, and they will let us know by call us back. Love you guys.
For the price of the hotel it was good. Had no problems. Couldn’t hear the other neighbors thru the walls. It was clean and comfy.
I had a double bed rm that's was very spacious, clean, lovely and comfortable beds . Near interstate but fairly quiet . I'll definitely be coming back.
I really enjoy my stay here. I needed something cheap for a festival I was going to in Houston. I also needed to check in a day early and they were nice enough to let me and still charge me the online rate. Rooms were nice and clean. I had no issues w/ our room what so ever. I really like that they keep an eye on everyone and who is parking at the motel. You can tell they don’t allow any crazy business going on there. I felt safe. When we asked for our room to get cleaned they did a good job. It smelled like bleach. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Houston. Also the room was 15 mins to NRG stadium. It’s right off the hwy and a straight shot. The city also has alot of places to eat in the area. It’s located pearland Tx.
A good experience here. Management was friendly, room was clean and air conditioning worked very well. Only wished the water pressure in shower was stronger, but other than that, an overall good place for truckers. Fair priced.
Great family owned and operated small hotel just where we needed to be for some doctor appointments and be close to our daughter’s house in Pearland. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! Unlike many small motels, they actually seemed to enjoy what they are doing! They are still in the process of doing some remodeling, and it is looking really nice!
Very great place to stay! We were cleaning up after the hurricane so we basically lived here for about a month. I was there a week before my husband made it down and felt completely safe staying there by myself. The managers are very friendly and keep a VERY watchful eye on the place. The rooms are very spacious and clean, no bugs, and sheets are washed daily (I checked!) For an extra $50 there's a really nice Jacuzzi room with 2 tvs in it. If I ever come back to Huston I will be staying here!
